Q. How do I save the guides to my desktop?

A. After completing your order you will be directed to the download page. Once on that page you can simply "right click" on the links to download your guides. Then simply select "Save target as" or "Save link as" (depending on whether you are using IE or Firefox) and this will allow you to save the files to your desktop. Below is a screenshot example of what this looks like in Internet Explorer.

Q. I was not directed to the guide after purchase, where do I go to download it?

A. You should have a received an email from myself and from Clickbank (my payment processor) immediately after ordering. If for some reason you were not redirected to the download page and you have not received either email, please verify that payment has been completed. If you are still having trouble, please enter a support ticket.

Q. I cannot view the files or am having trouble downloading them, can you help?

A. If you are having trouble opening or viewing a file please read the solutions below as this will fix the most common problems:

1. Make sure the file was downloaded completely and was not corrupted during download. If you need to redownload a guide, please use your personal download link that was supplied in your original purchase email.

Q. Can you give specific advice or tips on making gold on my (server, character, etc.)?

A. Unfortunately, if I were to respond to all the requests for personalized attention I would never be able to publish a guide or keep it updated. I tried for some time and it grew to an 8+ hour per day job. So no, I cannot give you specific advice.

HOWEVER, if you have a question relating to a specific tip or strategy in the guide I will be happy to answer questions about it. Keep in mind that once you have the Gold Secrets guide- you know what I know. These strategies generate thousands of gold daily for the players who use them.
