I was not directed to the guide after purchase, where do I go to download it?

 

You should have a received an email from both us and from Clickbank (our payment processor) immediately after ordering with full download instructions. If for some reason you were not redirected to the download page and you have not received either email, please verify that payment has been completed and the email was not incorrectly flagged as junk (check your SPAM folder). If you are still having trouble, please enter a support ticket on the previous page.

 

I cannot view the files or am having trouble downloading them, can you help?

 

If you are having trouble opening or viewing a file please read the solutions below as this will fix the most common problems:

 

1. Make sure the file was downloaded completely and was not corrupted during download. If you need to redownload a guide, please use your personal download link that was supplied in your original purchase email.

 

2. Make sure you are using the most recent updated version of the free Adobe Acrobat PDF reader. You may get the latest version of the reader for free here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

 

3. If you prefer NOT to use the Adobe reader, you may also try the free Foxit reader, some people prefer this free reader instead. Grab it here: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader_2/down_reader.htm

 

Who processes payment for your guide?

 

We use Clickbank as our payment processor. They have handled millions of dollars of virtual product sales for thousands of different products and use secure processing. If you paid using a credit card this charge will show as "Clickbank/Keynetics" on your monthly statement.

 

How do I save the guides to my desktop?

 

After completing your order you will be directed to the download page. Once on that page you can simply "right click" on the links to download your guides. Then simply select "Save target as" or "Save link as" (depending on whether you are using IE or Firefox) and this will allow you to save the files to your desktop. Below is a screenshot example of what this looks like in Firefox.

 

Save them to a location you'll remember on your computer.

I have a billing issue, what do I do? (refunds, billing, purchase questions)

 

Clickbank handles our billing including questions about any purchase charges, refunds, etc.

We will respond to your support request directly through Clickbank’s service website.

 

We can only handle billing issues through their interface so if you enter a ticket through our support form we will ultimately have to direct you there anyway. This will allow us to serve you as quickly as possible.

 

Can you give specific advice or tips on making gold on my (server, character, etc.)?

 

Unfortunately, if we were to respond to all the requests for personalized attention we would never be able to publish a guide or keep it updated. We tried for some time and it grew to an 8 hour per day job. So no, we cannot give you specific advice.

 

HOWEVER, if you have a question relating to a specific tip or strategy in the guide we will be happy to answer questions about it. Keep in mind that once you have the Gold Secrets guide- you know what we know. These strategies generate thousands of gold daily for the players who use them. Don't let them gather dust- put them to use!
